We are a not for profit provider of services for young people. Our aim is to equip young people with the confidence, experiences and entrepreneurial skills required for modern adult life.

Our team of experienced and professionally qualified youth workers and volunteers believe there are young people in modern UK society that do not fit the formal structure of education and employment for a multitude of reasons.

Current statistics, case studies and the media's representation of young people regarding truancy, anti-social behaviour, youth unemployment, drug and alcohol dependency, mental health and teenage pregnancy highlight these issues.

The personal and social cost of these young peoples lives are potentially devastating. These young people don't conform to the systems of the past and new innovative practises need to be adopted.

Fruition Youth are creating an economically sustainable public service that facilitates the 'fruition' of our young people.
